Physical Abundance Workshop

As a kundalini yoga teacher, Tania will be leading a kundalini yoga practice integrating the theme of harvest.
Abundant Lunch & Break
Led by Kirsten Klinger
As a doctor for natural medicine, health coach, nutritionist, and womb healer, Kirsten will be serving an abundant lunch and there will be a break before the next section of the retreat.
Spiritual Abundance Workshop
Led by Martine Sorthe
As a certified christian life coach, Martine will host a spiritual abundance workshop rooted in scripture and integrating the practice of prayer both individually, in pairs, and in a group setting.
Financial Abundance Workshop
Led by Chereese La-Vonne
As an experience designer, Chereese will be leading a feminine financial flow experience called abundance in alignment with your menstrual cycle.

Temazcal
Led by Espiritu Wellness Professional Shaman
Take part in this temazcal focused on the theme of harvest. The ceremony is steeped in Mexican heritage. It involves participants sitting in a traditional sweat lodge for health and therapeutic benefits. The ceremony last for two or more hours and are led by a Espiritu Wellness’ professional shaman.
Dinner

Gather together around the table for a harvest themed dinner prepared and served at Espiritu Wellness.
Bonfire
Led by Martine Sorthe & Tania Del Angel
Sit around the fire element with the other goddesswappers and let God turn beauty for ashes. Let God do its work in you through prayer, confessions, and releasing anything that is to be let go of this autumn through the writing and burning of forgiveness letters.
Sleepover
Led by Martine Sorthe & Tania Del Angel
Share a glamping tent with a fellow goddesswapper at Huaya Camp just next to Espiritu Wellness. Take advantage of a beautiful outdoor shower that allows you to come close to nature. Spend quality time connecting with a sister and integrate the retreat by falling asleep in a comfy bed and the sounds of nature.
